Return Policy
Please inspect all your chocolate immediately. If you receive your package and it has been opened or you suspect it has been tampered with, take pictures and notify us immediately. You have 24 hours to make a claim or dispute with pictures.
Because all of our products are perishable foods, they cannot be returned. However, some exceptions may apply, such as a damaged product or receiving the wrong product per your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have received the wrong item, we will send you a prepaid return tag. Once your return is received unopened and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once we receive the unopened incorrect item(s) from you, we will then send you the correct item(s).
We cannot send the replacement items until we have received the item(s) from you. Or we can obtain your credit card info and reserve the right to charge your card for any items not received.
Required signature:
Orders $500 or more are required signature.
If there is no one to receive your package, the carrier will leave a door tag with instructions. You can waive the signature by indicating that on the door tag. However, if your package goes back to the carrier and remains there unclaimed, they will automatically send it back to us. If you desire a refund, we will refund you for the product.
Wrong Address Returns: The shipping cost plus the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
