The Manufacture CLUIZEL masters each step in the creation of its chocolates. For 70 years, it has innovated, developed and refined its know-how and today concentrates all the trades involved in the production of chocolate: Cacaofèvier ®, Confectioner and Chocolatier. Since the end of the 90s, the Manufacture CLUIZEL has been working in direct collaboration with excellent growers on the three cocoa continents. Enjoying exclusive partnerships with them, it can work with quality beans with a rich flavor enhanced by their terroir and the expertise of the operators.

Cacaofévier ®

Since the end of the 90s, the Manufacture CLUIZEL has been working in direct collaboration with excellent growers on the three cocoa continents. Enjoying exclusive partnerships with them, it can work with quality beans with a rich flavor enhanced by their terroir and the expertise of the operators. The designation " cacaofèvier ®" is a creation of the Manufacture CLUIZEL. If the profession has always existed, it previously had no defined name. It was by investing in it that the Manufacture proposed to rename this work of transforming cocoa beans into chocolate and to perfect it: under this name are now also grouped the work of selecting beans, exchanging with planters, roasting, crushing and grinding the nibs into cocoa mass. The term cacaofèvier® is thus closely linked to a notion of quality, purity and traceability.

Confectioner 

The Manufacture's confectioners compose their own filling recipes.Naturally labeled Noble Ingredients, their caramel, praline, marzipan, nougats and nougatines and liqueurs are of unparalleled quality.The praline is, for example, one of its flagship creations, a reflection of its talents. Double crushed by a granite wheel, the shock of the materials gives birth to an old-fashioned praline that is well bound and uniform: the time spent working on an ingredient is never looked at, the Manufacture CLUIZEL only works meticulously and qualitatively.For the same reasons, pralines and caramels are cooked in copper cauldrons which promise uniform and optimal cooking.These working habits are used by the Manufacture for each of its creations.

Chocolate maker 

At the Manufacture CLUIZEL, we are above all a chocolatier: each confectionery created by the Manufacture is coated with an exceptional chocolate, called couverture chocolate, made by it. Its all-chocolate products (such as Plantation chocolate bars) are world-renowned. The chocolatier sometimes does more than embellish: like the confectioner, he imagines and composes. Like the artist, he sculpts, molds and draws. His talents are illustrated on many occasions. Each year, the Manufacture CLUIZEL is happier to present its chocolate sculptures at Christmas or Easter. Creativity, art, taste, beauty, architecture… Each celebration is an opportunity for the Manufacture to surpass itself. By its technicality as much as by the splendor and precision of the tastes it offers, the Manufacture is a goldsmith in chocolate.
