Shipping policy

Processing time: 1 - 2 days.

Expedited shipping: Cut-off time is 3 pm. Orders placed after 3 pm will move to the following day's schedule.

All Free Shipping promotions ship ground. However, we can apply the ground shipping cost to an expedited shipping method. Please note, that this option can only be redeemed by contacting us at 856-719-0800 Monday through Friday: 9 am to 4 pm.

All orders are shipped Monday thru Thursday during warm months, and Monday thru Friday during cooler months with “no signature required,” which means the package is left at the shipping address, possibly on the doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or melted after delivery.

Temperature Conditions: To keep your chocolate from melting, we double box with insulation & use ice packs. If the destination city’s more than 2 days away, and the temperature is 80 degrees or warmer, please choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping options. If you have chosen ground shipping, we are not responsible if your chocolate arrives melted and will not offer any refund.
