Since 1948, gourmet Chocolat Michel Cluizel has been handcrafting chocolate from bean to bar with pure cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla pod and never any soy or artificial flavorings.
We offer a variety of Gourmet Chocolate, Truffles, and Artisan Bars, Unique Chocolate Novelties, Caramel & Praliné Spreads, Non-Dairy Chocolate and Baking Chocolate from our six plantations: Riachuelo in Brazil, Los Anconés in Santo-Domingo, Mokaya in Mexico, Vila Gracinda in Sao-Tomé, Mangaro in Madagascar, and El Jardín in Colombia.
We also host Chocolate Museum Tours & Paint-Your-Palate® at our West Berlin New Jersey facility. In New York City and Brooklyn New York, you can relax in our cozy French-style boutiques and indulge in our signature hot chocolate, gourmet coffees, truffles, lite bites, macarons, and French pastries with free wifi.
