Since 1948, gourmet Chocolat Michel Cluizel has been handcrafting chocolate from bean to bar with pure cocoa butter, bourbon vanilla pod and never any soy or artificial flavorings.
We offer a variety of Non-Dairy Chocolate, 'Single Estate' Chocolate, Gourmet Chocolate Bars, Unique Chocolate Novelties, Caramel & Praliné Spreads, and Baking Chocolate from our six plantations: Riachuelo in Brazil, Los Anconés in Santo-Domingo, Mokaya in Mexico, Vila Gracinda in Sao-Tomé, Mangaro in Madagascar, and El Jardín in Colombia.
We also host Chocolate Museum Tours & Paint-Your-Palate® at our West Berlin NJ facility. In New York and Brooklyn NY, you can relax in our cozy French-style boutiques and indulge in our signature hot chocolate, gourmet truffles, coffees, lite bites, macarons, and French pastries, including some gluten-free.
