Optimal Freshness:Β Store between 60ΒΊ and 65Β°F, away from humidity.

Shelf life: Our solid chocolate will remain fresh for 4 - 6 months, and our truffles will stay fresh for 2 - 3 months if stored properly.

Shipping: If you deselectΒ Route Insurance, your chocolate is no longer protected against melting, damage, theft, or loss. And it cannot be purchased after the sale. All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday during warm months and Monday through Friday during cooler months.Β 

Processing time: 1 - 2 business days. However, we do our best to ship as early as possible, weather permitting.

Expedited Shipping: The cut-off time is 3:00 p.m.

Temperature Conditions: To help keep your chocolate from melting, we use insulation & ice packs. If the destination city is more than 2 days away and the temperature is 80 degrees or more, please select 2-day or overnight shipping.

Claims:Β Damaged packaging must be reported via email with pictures on the same day you receive it. Retain the packaging.
