Store between 60º and 65°F, away from humidity. Shelf life: Our solid chocolate will remain fresh for 4 - 6 months, and our truffles will stay fresh for 2 - 3 months if stored properly.
Shipping
Shipping
We recommend purchasing Route Insurance, especially during the summer months. Standard carriers do not cover perishables for any reason. They will reimburse you for the shipping cost only if it's lost. We are not responsible for stolen or melted chocolate if you choose not to purchase Route. All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday during warm months and Monday through Friday during cooler months.
Processing time: 1 - 2 business days. However, we do our best to ship as early as possible, weather permitting.
Expedited Shipping: The cut-off time is 3:00 p.m.
Temperature Conditions: To keep your chocolate from melting, we double box with insulation & use ice packs. If the destination city is more than 2 days away and the temperature is 80 degrees or more, please select 2-day or overnight shipping.
Claims: Damaged packaging must be reported via email with pictures on the same day you receive it. Retain the packaging.
My husband loves Michel Cluizel chocolate bars, which we discovered in Paris, but I thought I would try something different. The brownie is great. Wish it was less expensive but the price makes it a once-in-awhile special treat!

I also make brownies fudgy,with additional chips inside. But having found ones so similar to the ones I make without having to actually bake them? And mess up the kitchen? Perfection in my book. It’s a slam dunk I’m purchasing more and sending them to the kids st school. I’ll never tell

Unfortunately, I could only order one box of the marvelous brownies. We received one order last week to taste and offer my friend who's weakness is chocolate. My husband said they were the best he had in a long time. Hopefully, more will be available for the Holidays ahead. I like to purchase additional ones for gifts.

If you love fudge like as opposed to cake like brownies, these are for you. They were absolutely bursting with rich chocolate flavor and SO incredibly moist. Plus there were chips in them as well,
