Store between 60º and 65°F, away from humidity. Shelf life: Our solid chocolate will remain fresh for 4 - 6 months, and our truffles will stay fresh for 2 - 3 months if stored properly.
Shipping
Shipping
We recommend purchasing Route Insurance, especially during the summer months. Standard carriers do not cover perishables for any reason. They will reimburse you for the shipping cost only if it's lost. We are not responsible for stolen or melted chocolate if you choose not to purchase Route. All orders are shipped Monday through Thursday during warm months and Monday through Friday during cooler months.
Processing time: 1 - 2 business days. However, we do our best to ship as early as possible, weather permitting.
Expedited Shipping: The cut-off time is 3:00 p.m.
Temperature Conditions: To keep your chocolate from melting, we double box with insulation & use ice packs. If the destination city is more than 2 days away and the temperature is 80 degrees or more, please select 2-day or overnight shipping.
Claims: Damaged packaging must be reported via email with pictures on the same day you receive it. Retain the packaging.

I had it shipped to South Carolina and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. My sister said it was the best chocolate that she has ever tasted. She wants you to open a shop in hee town. The 28 milk and dark chocolates were delicious. I tried the Truffs. Loved the cocoa powder that was a perfect compliment for the creamy ganache center. Well worth the trip to the store.

I have NEVER in my life had ANY chocolates that amount to the level of gourmet heaven that is in these boxes!
My husband went to France and bought these from the main store. He brought them home and it just wasn't enough. So, I found this USA store and purchased larger quantities. IT IS WORTH ALL THE MONEY CHARGED! The packaging was the best I've ever seen. We are on the 11th day of triple digit temps and I probably could've left my shipping package of chocolates outside for a few days and they wouldn't have melted!
BRAVO to this company! You will never find a more devine box of chocolates than this company provides. Russell Stover and all the others are so disgusting now!!!!!
